2. Fill and sign ACPE CPE Application through the link below

Important: after you sign the ACPE CPE Application Form, confirm your signature through the email you receive from Adobe Sign

3. Submit the following documents to buenvivircpe@gmail.com

  •  If you have previous ACPE CPE Units, please send your: Transcript, Final Educator Evaluation, and Final Self Evaluation. ​

  • Your resume ​

  • Your CPE Essays using the Mandatory Template &  Guidelines below (click the buttons)

4.  Payment of  $100 Initial Application Fee (Non-Refundable)
